What SWITCH owns

• Observed Client Portal reads for routing rules and payment-path summaries in the reviewed registry
• Designed routing inputs such as availability, decline code, cost, geography and risk outcome, subject to connector and data validation
• Designed payout schedules, limits and withdrawal checks; confirm implementation and ownership for the selected flow
• No claim of active processor redundancy, live PSP connectivity or automatic production failover

How the designed routing decision works

The target workflow can evaluate configured routes using availability, decline, cost, geography and risk inputs, then record the selected path and responses. The reviewed status provides partial configuration and path-trail read surfaces. It does not establish live PSP connections, production traffic, complete response capture or automatic failover.

Payouts with guardrails

Payout schedules, limits and pre-disbursement risk checks are designed guardrails. Their availability and effect depend on the configured payout service, customer history, data quality and operational ownership. They do not by themselves guarantee lower settlement or AML exposure.

Configuration today

The reviewed registry records partial Client Portal routing-configuration and payment-path read surfaces. Before use, verify the reachable backend, connector list, write authority, environment, response fields and event coverage. A visible route or API schema is not evidence that a processor is connected or traffic is live.
