Operations made inspectable through dashboards and on-demand scorecards. PRISM presents configured data; it does not by itself prove source completeness or operational performance.

What PRISM owns

• Observed dashboard tiles for configured approval, dispute, alert, KYC and case data
• Generate-now KPI scorecards for a selected period and baseline; no current scheduled weekly service is implied
• Candidate report, PSP-questionnaire and audit-extract outputs where the required source modules and fields are available
• Display of selected service or review measures where supplied; not a complete SLA-monitoring service
• Role-gated views whose scope depends on tenant, permission, entitlement and data configuration

The dashboards

Console and Client Portal dashboard surfaces can present different scopes of configured metrics. Confirm source, denominator, time window, freshness and drill-through for each tile. A rendered number is not evidence of completeness, scheme compliance or an agreed SLA, and not every tile should be assumed to link to records.

The weekly scorecard

The reviewed scorecard is generated on demand for a selected period; it is not scheduled automatically. In a bounded pilot, agreed measures can be compared with a validated baseline and discussed at a chosen cadence. Any day-90 scale, change or exit gate remains a human and contractual decision.
